The disabled often live under extreme human rights violations and are deemed as sub-human. People fear the unknown, vulnerability, and the glimpse of their own immortality.  Sai Kumar and I along with his sister and Baha' Alzain play with these themes.  I should give more words here but its too nuanced to give you definitions please see between the lines.
